Emotions Management Intervention
Workshop
Our emotions management intervention empowers the user to identify their feelings, care for those feelings, and evaluate a course forward, creating personal and collective growth that leads to resolution. The focus is on accountability and empowerment and effective solutions for extremely emotionally charged situations and interactions. The goal is to master the process as a personal intervention applied regularly and replicated to utilized and support others as they struggle with their emotions.
Emotional Resiliency Intervention
Workshop
Our emotional resiliency intervention is a process that provides steps for emotional recovery. In practice, it allows for a shift from internalizing negative emotional influences and move towards emotional resiliency. It promotes planning for growth and seeks to affirm liberation from overwhelming emotions.
Empathy
Workshop
Our empathy workshop focuses on increasing community connection through nurturing the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. Two goals are to show leadership and have gratitude for self and others through service.
Equity
Workshop
Our equity workshop offers awareness of social disparities caused by racial inequality, lack of fairness, and social injustices. The goal is to encourage equitable thoughts, behaviors, and actions based on social and historical context.
Wellness Group
Process Group
Our wellness group supports the need to process thoughts and feelings for members of the group. Group members receive consultations about identifying tools, strategies, and supports for the wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.
